This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for PictureCode LLC (referred to in these terms as “PictureCode”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the picturecode.com websites and pages (collectively, the “Site”).

As we update and expand our services, this Privacy Policy may change, so please refer back to it periodically. By accessing our Site or otherwise using our services, you consent to our information practices.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

When you purchase an item through our online store, or if a service on the Site requires registration, you will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information means information that can be used to identify and contact you such as your name, email address, password, postal mailing/delivery address, payment method, and telephone number, as well as other information when such information is combined with your personal information.

Company recognizes the privacy interests of children, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Our services and the Site are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we endeavor not to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We target our services and this Site to adults and not to children under 13.

We do not store credit card numbers on any Site server. All such information is stored by our credit card processing partners, who are obligated to store such information using secure methods.

How do I opt-out of receiving marketing communications from PictureCode?

Currently, we send email marketing communications only infrequently, for instance to announce a major product release or to remind you when the upgrade period for your license is about to end. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by sending a request to the Customer Support email address listed at www.picturecode.com/company.php.
